Jennifer Pacilli

Jennifer is a Director in the Tax Department of Cover & Rossiter. She applies her expertise on many of the firm’s challenging and diverse corporate, individual, and international clients.

Prior to joining Cover & Rossiter in 2003, Jennifer was a Manager at an accounting firm in Haddonfield, NJ for 11 years where she was responsible for many complex accounts in various industries.

A 1992 graduate of Rowan University, she holds a BS in Accounting. She received her CPA certificate from New Jersey in 1996. Jennifer’s professional affiliations include memberships in the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, New Jersey Society of Certified Public Accountants, Wilmington Tax Group, and National Association of Certified Valuation Analysts. In addition, Jennifer is a consultant to the Recruiting Committee of the Rowan University Rohrer College of Business Accounting Advisory Board.

Away from the office, Jennifer enjoys reading and vacationing at the Jersey shore with her husband and two daughters.
