Job Duties Include:
- Proofreading, math check and assembly of financial statements
- Process client document for tax return preparation
- All types of tax return assembly
- Complex scanning and copying of documents
- General clerical support and phone coverage
- Special projects as needed
Job Requirements:
- Associates degree and/or 5-8 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in MS Office products
- Have strong interpersonal skills
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Self motivated
- Highly professional in all areas
- Ability to work well with others in an administrative team environment
- Experience in administration department of a service industry preferred
- Compensated overtime during tax season (January – April)
